Mental Health Coaching Services

One on one session to explore areas causing mental health discomfort using a variety of coaching tools: CBC- Cognitive Behavior Coaching tools, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy tools (ACT), EMDR Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing techniques, Enneagram coaching tools and Nutrition support and guidance.

One on one session to improve vision and visual skills through specialized coaching techniques. This includes activities to enhance eye tracking, focusing, and visual processing abilities.

Have your received some feedback from your child's school and have been requested to do additional testing to explore areas of concern or have you done testing and feeling overwhelmed and not sure where to start. Let me assist you to break this down in to manageable steps and direct you in the direction to start your child's healing.

People deal with all types of life challenges. A resilience coach helps them overcome them faster. This technique works on building on areas to harness resilience in individuals and working on strengthening these areas to ensure they are able to bounce back from anything life throws at them.

 

A resilience coach helps individuals develop the capacity to overcome challenges and setbacks, focusing on building skills like self-awareness, positive mindset, stress management, health boundary setting and goal setting to thrive in the face of adversity.

A mindset coach helps people improve their mindset and overcome their limiting beliefs to move out of they way to allow clients to achieve their goals and to strive towards the best version of themselves.

Tools and techniques used vary depending on the clients’ needs and may include EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or Brain spotting and Cognitive Behaviour therapy techniques in the coaching sessions.

We safely explore by going back to see where triggers to limiting beliefs stem from and work on reframing them and use specific visual stimulation to assist the physical release of the stored trauma. The mindset coaching focuses on combining somatic experiencing with cognitive behaviour therapy techniques to reframe limiting beliefs and release physical symptoms of built-up trauma in the body.

A health coach helps people improve their health. This type of coaching looks at using key nutritional support to help contribute to a healthy lifestyle. It also includes key mindfulness techniques, diet and exercise management and support. More specifically this type of coaching looks at complimentary treatments that may be helpful to support diet and exercise modifications.

Including specific focus on nutritional support to assist mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
